Shipping Policy


For standard shipping, most in-stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days. Sorry but we cannot ship to PO boxes, nor outside of the US
and Canada.

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All transactions are in US dollars. Sorry, we cannot accept mail-in orders, checks, money orders, cash or CODs.

Sales Tax

A sales tax of 6% will be charged on all orders shipped to a Michigan address.

Canada Orders

We ship to Canada via USPS First Class Mail, International Package.

 

Return Policy


Cancellations

After you place your order it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing and we are unable to change or cancel the order once it has been submitted.

Returns

We hope you love our products! We want all of our customers to be fully satisfied with our products. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective items for a full refund or exchange. We’ll also gladly accept unopened, unused merchandise for a full refund or an exchange. We regret that we cannot refund delivery charges.

1. Items must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.

2. Return the product with shipping prepaid. We regret that shipping charges are not refundable. With your return you need to include:

  • Your packing slip or invoice from the original order
  • Reason for return
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Let us know if you are requesting a refund or a replacement order.

3. Please allow 2-4 weeks for us to process the credit or send you a replacement. Refunds can only be issued to the original credit card used at the time of checkout.
