Cancellations or Changes
After you place your order it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. If you would like to change your order please contact us as soon as possible via phone or email and we will do our very best to accommodate your change request. We're quite happy to help if we can!
We hope you love our products! We mean really love them!! We want all of our customers to be fully satisfied with our products. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective items for a full refund or exchange. We’ll also gladly accept unopened, unused merchandise for a full refund or an exchange. If you have used the merchandise and are unhappy for whatever reason, we can offer a credit to our online store for the amount paid for the product.
- Items must be returned within 90 days of the invoice date.
- Return the product with the following:
- Your packing slip or invoice from the original order, (or at least your order number and name.)
- Reason for return
- Email address
- Phone number
- Let us know if you are requesting a refund, store credit or a replacement order.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to process the credit or send you a replacement. Refunds can only be issued to the original credit card used at the time of checkout.
