Cancellations or Changes
If you would like to change or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible via phone or email and we will do our very best to accommodate your change request. We're quite happy to help if we can!
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love our products! We mean really love them!! We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with our products. Which is why we offer a 100% guarantee. If you are unhappy for any reason simply send the item/s back to us and we'll take care of you.
- Items must be returned within 90 days of the invoice date.
- Return the product with the following:
- Your packing slip or invoice from the original order, (or at least your order number and name.)
- Reason for return
- Email address
- Phone number
- Let us know if you are requesting a refund, store credit or a replacement order.
- We'll do our best to process the credit or send you a replacement within a week of receiving your return. Refunds can only be issued to the original credit card used at the time of checkout.
