Cancellations or Changes
After you place your order it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. If you would like to change your order please contact us as soon as possible via phone or email and we will do our best to accommodate your change request.
We hope you love our products! We want all of our customers to be fully satisfied with our products. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective items for a full refund or exchange. We’ll also gladly accept unopened, unused merchandise for a full refund or an exchange. If you have used the merchandise, we can offer a credit to our online store for the amount paid for the product.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Return the product. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees. With your return you need to include:
- Your packing slip or invoice from the original order
- Reason for return
- Email address
- Phone number
- Let us know if you are requesting a refund, store credit or a replacement order.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to process the credit or send you a replacement. Refunds can only be issued to the original credit card used at the time of checkout.
